Connecting the Twist Machine Paddle Shifter 3 to MaxxECU
The Twist Machine Paddle Shifter can be be used to signal shift requests to a MaxxECU that is running a BMW DCT, VAG DSG, or other gearbox.
All of the configurations require setting up at least two digital inputs on the MaxxECU as described here: MaxxECU Digital Inputs .
The inputs need to be configured as switch to ground, with a 5V pullup, not latching.
One input needs to be configured for as a MaxxECU Transmission Up Shift, and the other as a MaxxECU Transmission Down Shift.
